The Normalisation Process Model (NPM) is a newly developed conceptual model which addresses the practical problems of workability and integration into routine clinical practice of complex interventions in health care. This multi-disciplinary peer learning group used the NPM as a vehicle for developing thinking and research expertise in integrating conceptual and methodological developments in evaluation of complex interventions.
