Build your own business 3: Launch your business

Get your business or social enterprise ready to launch in eight weeks with this series of interactive workshops and one-to-one mentoring support.

You’ll get to test your idea among peers and industry experts, refine your plans and finalise your pitch ready to launch your new venture.

This course will also help if you’re looking to iterate an existing early-stage venture.

You’ll work on designing a business framework and start to test revenue models for it.

As well as laying the groundwork for a successful business or social enterprise, you’ll get to know other entrepreneurs and learn from industry experts.

This is the third of three courses in the ‘Build your own business’ series.

What to expect

This is an interactive, activity-based workshop. It will be run online using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

In a series of practical online sessions, you’ll learn from industry experts about the practicalities of setting up a new business or social enterprise.

You’ll also learn how to assess the risks and avoid the pitfalls of starting your own business through interactive sessions with Launch alumni winners.

You’ll take part in small group discussions, and hear from speakers who'll share their experiences.

You’ll also get feedback on your own venture from expert mentors in one-to-one sessions.
