About the speakers

Marcos Angelides is a Managing Director of L’Oréal Lab, and Head of AI Operations at Publicis Media UK. As Head of AI Operations, Marcos drives the development and adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across Publicis Media agencies. And as MD of L’Oreal Lab, he works directly with brand to help them lead the world in ‘beauty tech’ and harness the very best innovations to drive their business forward.

Emma Osman works with partners and communities to onboard early-stage startups and next-wave innovators onto the Google Cloud programme. She empowers these partners, enabling them to help startups achieve their business objectives. Her ultimate goal is to drive overall startup success through compelling narratives and innovative solutions delivered via their robust partner ecosystem.

Kim Innes is the Forbes 30 Under 30 award-winning founder of Humble Crumble, the innovative bakery reimagining the classic crumble pudding. With a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability, Kim has crafted Humble Crumble into a beloved brand known for its unique flavour combinations and artisanal quality.
