Overview

The UCL School of Management is a world-class business school creating disruptive research and entrepreneurial leaders for the complex, interconnected world of the future.

The School is currently looking for partners to work with their MSc Business Analytics students who can bring invaluable insights to a question through their dissertation projects.

At this event, you'll learn about the opportunity for your business to potentially partner with a student on an innovative, data-driven project.

You'll also hear from companies, introduced to the scheme by UCL’s Innovate UK team, who have participated in the scheme and delivered successful projects and solutions as a result.

Who it’s for

This event is for founders and executives of innovative, London businesses who are interested in offering a three-month student consulting project that is data focused (relating to business analytics) and not business critical.

What to expect

During this event you'll learn how organisations can partner with UCL School of Management on innovative business analytics projects. This will cover the:

• types of projects delivered previously and the methods used
• benefits to businesses
• skills and backgrounds of UCL’s Business Analytics students, and what they can bring to your project
• aims and timelines of projects

You'll hear from organisations who have supported a student to work on their data project, and from a student who has worked on a project for an organisation.

You'll also be introduced to Innovate UK's tailored support service that grows and scales ambitious, innovation-focused businesses.

The event will end with a chance to network over drinks and canapes.
