Overview
This online workshop will explore the characteristic of an effective and resilient leader in the context of startups.
You'll learn about a framework called Resilient Leadership Elements, which includes clarity of direction and resilient decision making.
It's run by the Women in Enterprise Network, which aims to help more women start and grow a business.
What to expect
This event will be run online using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
You’ll learn about:
- the impact of a values-led startup
- how to develop clarity of direction
- how to model and integrate resilience into your organisation
Who it’s for
This workshop is for anyone interested in setting up their own business, social enterprise or voluntary community-centred organisation.
You could be a UCL student, alumni or staff member, or someone who lives or works in London. You don't need to be a member of the Women in Enterprise Network to attend.
