There are different routes to a PhD, provided by three Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs).

Areas of study
We support a wide array of doctoral research, on topics such as cybersecurity, cyber-physical risk design and technology, crime and security analysis, forensic science, and future crime.

PhD scholarships
If you are applying for a PhD with us, you will need to think about how to fund your studies. Most applicants apply for a scholarship, either from UCL or another funding body.
