The funding, valued at approximately £25,000, will support Mohammad’s research on enhancing the security and efficiency of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, particularly in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). This crucial area of research aims to improve the safety and reliability of connected medical devices, which are becoming increasingly important in healthcare.
The KFAS PhD Students Supplementary Fund Grant is designed to assist PhD students in advancing their research and academic pursuits. Chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, KFAS is a highly respected organization dedicated to supporting scientific innovation in Kuwait and beyond.
The grant will allow Mohammad to acquire essential tools and equipment for his experimental work, as well as participate in key academic conferences.
