The winner of the category will be announced at a gala awards dinner on 13th September 2024 in London, along with the Overall Excellence in Engineering Award being presented to the overall winner.
IEP Module Lead (Design & Professional Skills) Dr Chika Nweke has also been nominated in the category 'University Engineering Staff Member of the Year 2024'.
These nominations come off the back of success for the Faculty at the 2023 awards when The UCL x BADU "Bridging The Gap" programme won Inclusion Program of the Year and the UCL Global Disability Innovation (GDI) Hub won Innovation of the Year for the development of a new, refreshable tactile technology Tacilia. The UCL Engineering Society was also shortlisted Engineering Society of the Year. More here.
