Professor Tony Kenyon, Department of Electronic & Electrical Engineering, recently joined hands with a local artist to develop artwork for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Part of University College London’s (UCL) Trellis scheme – a collaboration between UCL Culture, UCL East with support from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) – the aim is to bring together artists working in or from East London with UCL researchers.
Trellis provides a space to examine the shared, creative ideas that emerge when an artist and researcher are provided with an arena to develop their mutual interests.
