EDI Commitee Working Groups
Our committee is organised into 4 working groups:
- Data - by using data already available as well as with targeted surveys, the data group aims to identify and address barriers and biases faced by our staff and students, to create a community of best practice
- Culture - with the ambition of substantially increasing the diversity of our staff and students, the culture group activity focuses on providing training, creating opportunities for exchanging experiences, widening the participation of underrepresented backgrounds, recognizing and rewarding mentorship.
- Processes - the group works on the implementation of EDI principles in the processes of recruitment, promotion, as well as internal funding distribution and curriculum delivery.
- Communication - communicating and promoting the EDI initiatives, practice and goals is central to the Communication group. The group activity aims to make visible and effective our responsiveness to any worry, to collect new ideas and suggestions, and promote EDI related trainings in collaboration with the culture group and aligned with the Faculty communication strategies.
