What is forensic science?
Forensic science is a broad term that covers the application of a diverse range of sciences in a legal context. Forensic scientists can therefore be specialists in many difference disciplines (e.g. biology, chemistry, geology, psychology, archaeology, physics) and they work at all stages in the forensic science process, including the collection, analysis, and interpretation of evidence, and the presentation to investigators or the court.
