Festival of Research and the Mildner Lecture
UCL Electronic and Electrical Engineering invites friends, colleagues, collaborators and the public to explore research across the department, shaping future technologies, as part of UCL200.
UCL Electronic and Electrical Engineering (EEE) invites colleagues, collaborators, alumni and the wider public to explore the research taking place across our world-leading department. This year’s Festival of Research forms part of UCL200, marking 200 years since UCL was founded to challenge convention and expand access to education.
The Festival will showcase research through PhD posters, academic talks and opportunities for discussion and networking, highlighting the breadth and impact of work across EEE. The programme will culminate in the invited Mildner Lecture, offering a moment to reflect on the role of engineering research in addressing global challenges and shaping the future.
The themes of this year’s academic talks will be:
Session 1: EEE Impact on Semiconductor Technologies
Session 2: EEE Innovations Translated to Industry
