UCL East Postgraduate Open Evening

The UCL East Postgraduate Open Evening is your chance to meet UCL’s world-renowned academics, explore our state of the art facilities and get to know our East campus. Our fair will allow you to chat to the teaching and professional staff who'll support you throughout your time at UCL, as well as ask current students about their experience. The fair will also be attended by staff with student recruitment knowledge, Students' Union UCL, Student Support & Wellbeing Services and Careers and Funding, so you can get a full picture of life at UCL.

As well as a faculty fair, there will be opportunities to explore our specialist teaching spaces:

Robotics Lab drop-in session, 5-7pm: join us anytime throughout the evening to meet Robotics students and researchers, and to see our facilities in action.

MSc Disability Design and Innovation talk, tour and open house, 5.30-7pm: find out more about the MSc Disability Design and Innovation, designed for students passionate about creating accessible and assistive technologies and inclusive design. The programme brings together a diverse cohort of students from computer science, engineering, design, humanitarian and policy backgrounds.

Manufacturing Futures Lab (MFL) tour, 5.30-6pm: MFL, a multi-disciplinary research and teaching hub, drives strategic research and innovative industry collaborations to deliver the sustainable products and manufacturing processes of the future. Take part in our tour to discover more.

Advanced Propulsion Lab (APL) tour, 6.15-6.45pm: APL is a global centre of excellence dedicated to the decarbonisation of the transport sector, specialising in battery and fuel cell electric vehicles. Take part in our tour to discover more.

There will also be tours of the student accommodation available on our East campus in the One Pool Street building between 5-7pm. You do not need to book these, you can just turn up on the day.
