Pedro Couto is a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant and Research Associate working on non-viral based manufacturing of CAR-T cells for cancer immunotherapies. Pedro will be hosting a quick-fire 15-minute webinar from the labs here at UCL Biochemical Engineering and you're warmly invited to join. UCL Biochemical Engineering was the first such department in the UK and we're the only UK university to teach the subject of biochemical engineering in a dedicated Advanced Centre for Biochemical Engineering (ACBE). What does this mean? It means our students enjoy a unique experience of learning in facilities similar to those in the industry, just scaled down.
