Ramsay Society Dinner - 21 February 2020

EVENT ACCESS: This event is only available to UCL Chemical Engineering students, alumni, staff and special guests.

Smart dress is required.

The Department of Chemical Engineering is pleased to announce the Ramsay Society Dinner 2020, which brings together students, staff, alumni and special guests to celebrate the Department’s achievements.

The evening will include a one-hour drinks reception, 3-course meal, speeches, awards ceremony and live music after-dinner entertainment.

Menu options include:

Starters

• Asian Duck Salad, Crispy Spring Vegetables, Soya Dressing
• Pumpkin and Gouda Croquette, Chargrilled Chestnuts, Chili Jam

Mains

• Scottish Salmon, Saffron Mashed Potato, Seasonal Vegetables, Lemon Beurre Blanc
• Roast Mushroom & Courgette Wellington with Roasted Red Pepper Compote, Garlic Green Beans, Herb Oil

Dessert

• Chocolate Crème Brulee, Raspberry Coulis, chocolate sorbet

All proceeds go to the Tim Elson Memorial Fund set up in honour of our beloved former UCL Chemical Engineering Colleague, Deputy Head, Departmental Tutor, and Friend, Dr Tim Elson.

Winners will be announced at the Ramsay Society Dinner on Friday 21th February 2020, St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London.
