The Decisional Tools Specialist Working Group (SWG) will discuss these key themes and share our latest results on them:

1. Autologous Cell Therapies and Viral Vectors

- Supply chain gaps and point-of-care manufacturing business models for the Hub to address in its Decisional Tools

2. Stratified Proteins

- Cell-free synthesis:Using Decisional Tools to enable feasible business models for stratified proteins (eg ADCs)

- Companion diagnostics and portfolio management: Using Decisional Tools to predict optimal conditions that incentivize companies to pursue companion diagnostics

- Biomarker stratification – Using Decisional Tools to identify how best to stratify patients for treatment

3. Lessons that can be learnt between cell therapies, viral vectors and proteins
