Teaching Focused Career Network Seminar: Promotions

Considering putting in an application for a promotion in the new senior promotion process that is now governed by the UCL Academic Careers Framework? Join the faculty's Teaching Focused Network in partnership with the Centre for Engineering Education for a 20 minute talk (followed by Q&A) from successful candidates who have been through the process. They will share their insights and talk about their careers and experiences on going through the process.
The first speaker in the series is Dr Sunny Bains; a scientist, journalist, editor, author of Explaining the Future: How to Research, Analyze, and Report on Emerging Technologies, and editorial director of UCL Engineering Inspiration . She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, won the Provost’s Teaching Award in 2016, and has just been promoted to Principal Teaching Fellow at UCL.
