Do you want to know more about what it's like to be a student in EEE? You might want to consider one of the following opportunities.

UCL Open Day

The UCL Open day is a chance to see the whole college, attend talks by the admissions tutors and come into the department for a tour and some hands on activities in our laboratory. Full details are available on the UCL Open Day website.

Applicant Days

Applicants and potential applicants are invited to spend an afternoon in the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department. Applicants will receive an introduction from the Admissions tutor, take part in practical group activities in our laboratories, and get the chance to meet members of the department on a one-to-one basis. You will also meet current students and have a tour of the department’s facilities. The programme is designed to provide you with first-hand experience of life in the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department.

For further information please contact the UG Team at eee-ug-admin@ucl.ac.uk

Shadow a Student

What is a day in the life of one of our students really like?

If you are considering studying Electronic and Electrical Engineering at UCL and would like to learn more about what it is like to study here, you can shadow one of our current students for a day, or part of a day.

Depending on when you come, this would give you an idea of what lectures, tutorials and lab sessions are like, and it is also a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have in an informal environment. The experience would be useful for prospective applicants as well as those who have already submitted their UCAS applications.

Visits can be arranged throughout most of the winter and spring terms, depending on the availability of our students and term dates.

Please contact eee-ug-admin@ucl.ac.ukif you would like to arrange a visit and he will put you in touch with one of our current student volunteers.
