Abstract: With the fast development of nanotechnology, nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS) devices have shown great potential in many application areas, such as healthcare and energy generation. In this seminar, Professor Li will talk through his main research activities conducted in the past, e.g. design, simulation, and fabrication procedure of cantilever sensors, thermoelectric devices, and several new research directions he is undertaking.
