My research interests lie in labor economics, innovation, and economic history. In my job market paper entitled ``Stars and Brokers: Peer Effects in Medical Science", I analyse peer effect in the production of scientific knowledge. I focus on the importance of position in the coauthorship network for the productivity of medical scientists.
