In this 45-minute session, international criminal barrister and meditation teacher Gillian Higgins will talk about mindfulness and the benefits of practising at work and home. The session will conclude with a short, guided meditation and a Q&A.

Gillian Higgins is an international criminal barrister, mediator and mindfulness teacher at The Chambers of 9 Bedford Row in London.
