Advanced Clinical Care in Oral Medicine

Skills and knowledge required for clinical management of disease relevant to oral medicine (high-complexity cases).
Assessed through logbook and case-based discussion.
Principles and Practice in Oral Medicine

Principles and practice, via formal teaching and clinical sessions (moderate-complexity cases).Assessed through written examination, assessment of clinical activities, and viva.
MSc in Oral Medicine Dissertation

Clinical Science and Research Methods
15 credits
Completed by all taught masters students during their first term of study; delivered through a mixture of classroom-based teaching sessions and online learning. The module comprises two units: Clinical Sciences (CS) and Research Methods (RM) delivered through blocks of seminars and virtual lectures over the first term, culminating in a single, computer-based MCQ assessment (usually held in January).
