UCL Eastman and Oxartis collaboration launched

Today sees the launch of a landmark product development collaboration between skin reconstruction company, Oxartis, and Dr Dr Linh Nguyen, biomaterials and tissue engineering specialist at UCL Eastman.
The team will be developing regenerative scaffold biomaterials for dermal reconstruction. The project has been upported by an Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst grant.
The grant provides £630,000 of a total project cost of £860,000, to support the pre-clinical development of ProMatrix BioDerm, Oxartis’ tissue scaffold product.
