Refund Policy

• You can cancel for a full refund within 7 days of booking the course
• After 7 days and up to 15 days before the start of course, you can cancel and are entitled to a refund of 75%
• 14 days or less to the start of the course you can cancel but you are not entitled to a refund
• If you book a course within 14 days of the start date then you are not entitled to a refund.

Please note:

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, a course may have to be cancelled. In this situation, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund for the course cost. We cannot, however, refund other incurred expenses, for example pre-purchased travel or accommodation. 

Course certificates

At the end of your course, you will be issued with a CPD certificate. If you need this certificate reissued in the future, there will be a £15 administration fee payable.
