Clinical Trials follow very strict scientific and ethical rules to protect patients. Being part of a clinical trial is voluntary and will not affect your standartd of care.
Once you have discussed the clinical trial, and had time to diuscuss any questions or concerns with your doctor, if you wish to take part you will sign an Informed Consent form, agreeing to take part.
