Caitlin Broadbent with her award certificate.

At the annual Professional Services Conference Caitlin Broadbent, the Ear Institute's Cell Biology and Molecular Technician picked up an award for Personal Excellence.

Caitlin adds this recognition to the recent Bronze LEAF award for sustainability which Caitlin was instrumental in securing for the Ear Institute Laboratories.

Commenting on her win Caitlin said "I feel honoured to win this award, I am incredibly grateful and cannot express my appreciation enough to the Ear Institute for nominating me. I am so thankful to Michelle Tuohy and Jonathan Gale for organising the nomination. Being at the Ear Institute is like being part of a family so I always try to work hard for them and help out wherever I can, and this award has only encouraged me to keep doing so".

Congratulations to Caitlin and all of the other winners and nominees.
