Dr Miklos Espak

• Postdoctoral Research Associate

Miklos is a Research Associate who works between the Dementia Research Centre (DRC) and the Translational Imaging Group (TIG) of UCL Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC). He works on the GenFI project (PI Dr Jonathan Rohrer) as a data manager, providing the infrastructure for this multi-site research study, based on XNAT.

Miklos is a main developer of the NifTK software platform. His contributions are focused on architectural improvements, the connectivity to image archiving systems (DICOM, PACS, XNAT), and improving the interactive segmentation that will streamline productivity at the DRC.
