- Lecturer in Quantitative Neuroradiology
Jorge works in the Translational Imaging Group (TIG) of UCL Centre for Medical image Computing (CMIC) and the Dementia Research Centre as a Lecturer, developing new methods for medical image analysis.
His main research interests are in medical image segmentation and analysis, mostly focusing on morphological characterisation of pathological changes. He is also involved in translating his research to the clinical environment, especially the development of imaging biomarkers for computer aided diagnosis and quantification of a subject's response to treatment.
