Emma Harding

Emma is a Research Assistant with a psychology background and keen interests in qualitative methods, aging research, the experience of living with a diagnosis and neurodegenerative diseases.

She will primarily be involved in conducting in-depth interviews with carers and people living with Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA) or typical Alzheimer's Disease to get an idea of the everyday impact of these conditions on levels of functioning and quality of life, and ways of coping with the conditions and their associated impairments. It is hoped these insights will inform intervention design in the main study.
