LIVE PRESENTATION AND Q&A

This event invites you to join us via Zoom in celebrating the culmination of the Xenia Citizen Science Project and the launch of the anthology 'A Bitter Orange Tree and an Orange Tree: Practices of Care' which foregrounds the voices and thinking of those involved in the experiment and in the development of the anthology itself.
We will share the outcome of the plastic waste composting experiment along with live readings and a Q&A.
The anthology 'A Bitter Orange Tree and an Orange Tree: Practices of Care' is available in hard copy format on request.
H Is For Hostile Environment
Friday 16 April
This piece is focused on the ways that London itself is remade in spite of barriers to inclusion. Migrants, asylum seekers, and their advocates are envisioning alternative futures for Britain, actively wrestling with the hostile environment policy, and trying to find more just, if messy answers to the question of who is welcome.

As part of the culmination of Trellis 2, Mulberry - Tree of Plenty will be presenting a live, site- specific moving image installation on the exterior windows of the Create Place, St Margaret’s House.
The Mulberry - Tree of Plenty team will also present a live talk and Q&A on their project and share some of the discoveries they have made along the way.

Light Wave references Deaf culture, when Deaf people gather together they wave hands and flash lights to gain attention, and this project is endeavouring to bring wider attention and visibility to the east London deaf community's presence.
LIVE EXPLORATION (via Zoom)
Sunday 18 April - 4 to 6 pm
Flow Unlocked is a creative autistic led collaborative project which highlights the importance of relationships to autistic people. Join us via Zoom for a live exploration of the Flow Unlocked exhibition. This will include a presentation of visual and audio artworks, Q&A, and a creative interactive exercise inviting the audience to write poetry in response to the artwork.
