A Place of Our Making: A multisensory exhibition about east London

What happens when east Londoners, UCL researchers, and artists come together to explore how we could live easier, happier lives?

From our changing neighbourhoods to navigating healthcare; accessible spaces, to how we say hello; over the past year, five partnerships formed through the UCL East Trellis programme have brought together academics, artists, and east London residents to explore how collaborative thinking could improve lives in east London.

As the projects end, "A Place of Our Making: A multisensory exhibition about east London" shares the findings of these innovative collaborations with a series of unexpected exhibits and events. You are invited to smell a bagel brick, shake the hand of a 7ft puppet, and join the conversation.

This exhibition is at UCL East Marshgate in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. Click here for Google Maps link.

Trellis 5 is supported by Foundation for Future London’s Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund, funded by Westfield Stratford City, and Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Impact Acceleration Account funding.
