The Crick Partnership Networking Fund supports the development of connections between the four partners (Crick, UCL, Imperial College London and King's), with up to £3000 available per project.
We are currently accepting applications for this fund - see below for details.
The Crick Partnership Networking Fund supports staff and students from the Crick and its university partners (UCL, King’s and Imperial) to organise joint networking events. These events provide a great opportunity to establish and develop new connections, exchange ideas and build initiatives across disciplinary boundaries and research sites.
These projects should primarily benefit the Crick and its Partnership staff by building links between them. Events could also include external contacts from other universities, industry, policy or other organisations where there are opportunities to build wider networks. Supported events may include, but are not limited to:
- Networking events such as workshops, seminars and small scale symposia;
- The establishment of new networks to promote the exchange of ideas, best practice, and other research goals;
- The development of communication activities e.g. development of webpages, news forums and case studies, for interest groups which may be time restricted (i.e. clinical staff);
- Public engagement activities and events.
Any member of staff or graduate student from the UCL, King's, Imperial or the Crick can jointly apply and get up to £3,000 to help run their events. More information on eligibility and selection criteria can be found in the application guidelines.
The deadline for the next round of applications is Friday 6 March 2020.
