Poster Template downloads

Template, colour palette and banner downloads for large format printed posters. *Please note there will be a revamp of the UCL Brand in early autumn 2025 and all details here will change, if you are planning to produce posters ahead of October 2025 then please check back here for an update to the UCL Brand guidelines.*

Accessing the templates

To access and download the poster and banner templates, you will first need to login to Imagestore - UCL's photo library and image repository.

Use of  the UCL colour palette

The palette has been streamlined to eight core colours - six from the full palette (below) plus black and white.

These colours are for:

  • everyday assets and resources - such as standard documents (Word), presentations (PowerPoint)
  • research posters
  • social media icons
  • merchandise (excluding tote bags), etc.
