Filming and audio recording charges
Inside normal working hours
Our hourly rates during standard operating hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) are as follows:

All booking is subject to our availability; if we do not have the resource or capacity to cover your event, we can arrange for you to use one of our affiliate freelance suppliers or pass your request onto another UCL approved supplier.
If we are required to travel to film on location, you will additionally be required to cover any travel costs incurred.
Live streaming charges
Live streaming or live event broadcasting are seen as an add-on to our Filming and Recording services. Please first refer to our filming and audio recording charges to get an idea of the overall cost.
The additional charge for setting up and broadcasting a live stream is as follows:

Editing and post-production charges
Editing and post-production will be charged separately to any filming work. Please first refer to our filming and audio recording charges to get an idea of the overall cost. We also offer editing as a standalone service.
