Professional recordings run by media producers which take place in the studio or on-location; a mix of both recording methods is often used in combination.

The Educational Media Studio

Located in North West Wing B.87, the Educational Media Studio is available for professional video and audio recording sessions. Onsite media production team make use of a multiple video camera setups to achieve the highest recording quality possible. Features include:

• Professional lighting
• Autocue
• Vision mixing
• Sound mixing 
• Podcast recording
• Live streaming
• Green screen facility

The studio is often used for marketing videos or to record teaching content. Examples include:

Location filming

We are also available to film on location. This can be useful if you want to show something in a real-world setting. The video production team can film on the UCL campus or around London. The team can also film across the UK and further afield if needed.
