Sarah Byrne
Manager, The Culture Lab
The Culture Lab is led by Sarah Byrne, who joined UCL in 2024. Formerly Senior Curator of Anthropology at the Horniman Museum, she curated exhibitions with community and academic partners. At the Culture Lab, Sarah focuses on co-production and collaboration, working with communities across East London and beyond.

Collections Care and Curatorial Assistant, The Culture Lab
Camella's role focuses on conservation, collections care, audience engagement and accessibility for the UCL Culture Lab, including implementing preventive conservation measures for the Culture Lab’s exhibition space and collection store.

Power! (2023 - 2025)
The UCL Culture Lab’s first exhibition explored power through UCL collections and everyday objects, with new works by the Curating Power Collective.
