School for the Creative and Cultural Industries

The creative and cultural industries are the UK’s fastest growing sector and a major contributor to the economy. UCL’s new School for the Creative and Cultural Industries (SCCI) supports and develops the next generation of practitioners to work across these sectors and beyond in any environment that values the creative human perspective.

Our interdisciplinary school links teaching and research focused on technology, media, history, heritage, collections and conservation, and art and creativity. It connects three academic faculties: UCL Social & Historical SciencesUCL Faculty of Arts & Humanities, and IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. SCCI fosters new research partnerships and forms of innovative engagement with industry partners, cultural institutions and communities, and brings together a range of degree programmes within its cutting-edge facilities at UCL East.
