Signage, posters and digital materials

Following the removal of coronavirus restrictions in England we have reviewed our signage catalogue. The ‘Keeping safe’ campaign will now focus on the broader health and wellbeing messages that we continue to promote on campus.

To help people recognise the 'Keeping safe on campus' campaign and make sure our messages have the most impact, it's important that you use the designs below rather than creating your own. 


Instructional signage, posters and banners

In order to avoid incurring potential additional costs due to damaged surfaces, we strongly recommend that departments work with UCL’s recommended suppliers to remove any posters or vinyl signs rather than trying to remove them independently. Please contact your area facility manager for support.

The catalogue below includes an overview of pull up banners, instructional signage, and posters which can be printed at A4 or A3 size.

Digital screens

Portrait and landscape images are available to fit standard UCL digital screens. These will be added automatically to all centrally managed screens. Please download these files if you wish to add them to any additional screens.  

These can be accessed through a shared folder on OneDrive.
