Capacity Development
Strengthening organisations, programmes and institutions for long‑term impact.
Our capacity development work helps organisations nationally and globally build the systems, skills and structures they need to grow and sustain high‑quality activity. Drawing on UCL’s academic expertise, we support clients in designing educational frameworks, enhancing training systems, developing staff capability and establishing new universities, medical schools, teacher training academies, and more.
We work on long-term collaborations to ensure solutions are context-specific, scalable and embedded for sustainable success.
