Introduction to UCL Consultants

Who can attend: This course is designed for any academics, researchers, or professional services staff whose duties may involve consultancy or supporting consultancy projects. It will cover the definition of consultancy, UCL policies related to consultancy, and the administrative process for consultancy activity at UCL
Outcome: Providing an overview of UCL policies related to consultancy, this course will cover: the benefits of consultancy; entitlement to consultancy activity for different types of employment contracts; permissions and related paperwork; and the basics of financial systems relevant to consultancy.
