About the project
Voter attitudes to constitutional reform are being analysed in a research project jointly with CREST and the National Centre for Social Research, funded under the ESRC's 'Democracy and participation' programme. This project analyses how far the constitutional reforms produce a change in levels of trust and participation among the public, and thus to the overall legitimacy of government.
