Last night Meg Russell was interviewed by Caroline Quinn on BBC Westminster hour on the effect of Tony Blair's expulsion of hereditary peers in the House of Lords in 1999, the role of the House of Lords and about her lastest book 'The Contemporary House of Lords: Westminster Bicameralism Revived.'
