Justice Rosalie Abella

On 7th July 2011 Justice Rosalie Abella delivered a lecture as part of the Judicial Independence Project on 'Constitutions and Judges: Changing Roles, Rules and Expectations', drawing comparisons between her experience as a judge of the Canadian Supreme Court, and in particular of the development of the Canadian Bill of Rights, and the situation in Britain.
