Modelling of charge transport in organic LEDs

This project aims at developing a quantitative description of charge injection, transport and recombination in organic semiconductors, with a special attention being dedicated to LEDs structures. Liaison with the experimental project on electroabsorption described above will be strongly encouraged in order to obtain a direct input of device parameters. Projects including a direct involvement in the electroabsorption experiments can be set up for interested students.
