Leadership team

Role

Leadership team meetings provide forum for key staff (Deputy Heads of Department, Heads of Research Groups and other senior academic staff, and senior Professional Services Staff) to discuss and advise the Head of Department on current matters. The meetings also act as a vehicle for communication.
