This is a design hackathon challenge for students to get to meet others across UCL, work in teams of 10 to produce a short pitch video, learn how to use collaborative tools at UCL, and carry out an investigation on what AI technologies could do to help in various global crisis scenarios.
Guest speakers will be from the International Federation for Red Cross and from Great Ormond St Hospital. The event is a week-long challenge; this is the launch event.
On Thursday 28 September there will be a technical session in person and online, and final submission is by Sunday 1 October.
