About

In this seminar I will talk about how studying the gene expression profile (the identity and amount of used genes) of tissues may help us to better understand what we see in imaging data. I will first review the (molecular) biology behind this approach including recent developments in the field of genetics. Secondly, I will highlight a few recent publications that aim at linking transcriptomics to brain imaging to better understand brain organization and susceptibility to disease, including recent work from our own group.

Visitors from outside UCL please email in advance.
