TREAT CASP Trial Manager

Zainib Shabir joined the Clinical Trials Unit as the Trial Manager for the METRIC and the TREAT CASP study in November 2013.

Zainib holds an MSc degree in Biopharmacy from Kings College University and has experience working in phase I, II and phase III multi-center clinical trials within CRO's and NHS environments.    

Zainib's interest in research led her to start her career in a CRO setting up and running Phase I/II studies dealing with both healthy volunteers and patient studies. She then moved to a role as a Research Facilitator gaining experience working on later phase studies in the NHS. She also has over 3 years' experience in a large CRO setting up global studies in a range of therapeutic areas including oncology.
