The UCL Sponsor Office as represented by the Joint Research Office (the “JRO”) has authorised the UCL Institute of Clinical Trials and Methodology (the “ICTM”) (as represented by the Director of the ICTM) to act as an agent of the ‘Sponsor’ as defined in ‘The Regulations’. The Director of the ICTM is authorised to assess Sponsorship requests for Trials developed by ICTM CTUs to be sponsored by UCL.
The purpose of the ICTM Sponsor Review Group (ISRG) is to provide advice to the Institute Director on Sponsorship decisions.
