The Institute has a Business Continuity Committee and Team structure in order to increase resilience for the core activities of the Institute of Clinical Trials and Methodology (ICTM), and to ensure that the Institute’s core activities are operational at least at a minimal level during a major incident or disaster. Core activities are identified as; primary research and business functions.
